This is the receipt from my doctor's appointment that I went to while having a stroke on my way home from Columbus, Ohio in November, November 18 to be exact... I was diagnosed having a panic attack! Crazy... 3 strokes I had within these days, before I went to the hospital 2 days later.... As you can see, I paid my co-pay (in more ways than one!).
